The loviest staff member helped me out today! I didn’t get his name but I wish I did to give him the credit he deserves! I had a flat tire across the road and was stranded so i came into the centre to ask for help and this kind man came across the road and bumped my tire up for me and even told me the nearest garage to sort my tire! I just want to say thank you sooo much for your act of kindness that you didn’t have to do but you did! I now have a new tire 🥳 I will not hesitate to recommend this repair centre!
Customer service brilliant, they really went the extra mile with us, always picked up the phone and were super respondent. The vehicle was returned perfectly back in shape and gleaming. We were referred to them via our insurance and I will now be moving all our business over to them. From a female point of view the layout and the friendly front desk is also reassuring and not intimidating like some other garages. They have fixed my rear bumper. Jeff Miles was very helpful and he always update me about my car. My car was fixed and it is like brand new again. They polished and cleaned in and out of the car.👍🏽😊
Fabulous service from Gareth and the team. My car looks as good as new after a knock on the front bumper and I can't see where it was. Was told elsewhere it would.need a new bumper which would have cost 3 times the price so very happy with the service, price and honest appraisal. Highly recommend
