The first thing I have to mention is customer service . Very friendly and respectful conversation. He wants you to understand, what he is doing to your car, so the conversation is understandable for regular car user who hasn't got any knowledge about mechanic. After the service, he provide full explanation for what he done to your little four-wheeled friend. In addition to that, you can take a look at the parts which were replaced and he will show you the fault of the part being replaced. The last and the most important factor that tells me he is the right person to treat my car was the condition of my car when I collected it. I have never had such a clean car like today when I received it. It was the first mechanic who fully cleaned it before I could collect it. Thank you for your service and definitely, see you again.
Good price for full servicing. Provided photo's as carrying work out to show what had been done and why. On collection offered more in depth advice on smaller issues detected and what to do if issues worsen.
They are realy on the top. Professionalism, high quality, very friendly atmosphere. They keep you up to date with every step of the working process on your car. Highly recommended.
We bought a '59 plate panda for very reasonable money, it drove really well, but after 2 and a half months, the clutch started to play up, so we took it back , and we expected them to argue that the clutch is a consumable and to fob us off, but they didn't - they fixed it, and it's spot on now, we have a new clutch. Anyone can sell you a car, it's how the garage treat you when there a problem that matters, and these guys did it right. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service, friendly staff and fair prices . I would highly recommend to anyone. I needed to get some MOT repairs done quickly and they had them done straight away since the car has sailed through it's MOT retest
