I had originally called another mechanic who could not help but he said he would only recommend Uncle Tom's. You know they must be good when another mechanic sends work their way. They are friendly, super knowledgeable, honest mechanics. They provided me with a full breakdown of the MOT and were even happy to show me around the car explaining their findings. Very reasonably priced too! Mechanics are hard to find, and you don't know who to really trust but I am confident I have found the place I will be taking my car to in future!
Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, can't recommend these guys enough. Initial phone call was professional and helpful, they called me back with a price when they said they would, they used genuine parts which was a must for me. Come drop off day they were just as polite and helpful, car was fixed to a high standard and they called to say it was done. Really happy with the experience and will be my new regular garage. Thanks :)
Great staff and the most accurate state of the art vehicle alignment service from every garage we have used, we have many dealings with them through business and they are a pleasure to deal with.
As usual first class I have being using them for years and will continue to use them I found them to be trustworthy and honest.
If you want a highly skilled, trustworthy and reliable mechanic then I would recommend Uncle Toms I have been very impressed with James and his team. My family and I have used Uncle Toms multiple times over the years. Most recently the team went out of their way to diagnose the problem with my car, fix it and keep me informed of progress in a timely manner. They also very kindly allowed me to use a courtesy car for 2 days whilst they carried out the repairs . Furthermore James knocked out a dent in my rear bumper without me even raising it and cleaned the car. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, trustworthy and go out of their way for their customers. FANTASTIC!
