I used Voltech for the first time this week and have to say the service was excellent. I told Chris what I wanted and he advised what work was necessary and more reassuringly what wasn’t. He took the time to explain things and only fitted (Genuine) parts that were needed at a very competitive price. All work was carried out to a very high standard. All in all a very friendly professional service. Highly recommend Voltech and will not go anywhere else from now on.
Very friendly staff from first phone call to completion of service. Highly recommended for any Volvo lovers. Very competitive prices,will be back.
Chris you saved the day! Thank you so much for your help. I had a puncture light on my dashboard after filling up the tyre pressure. I was stook and car wouldn't move, it became that flat. I managed to call for assistance incase the machine was faulty. I previously remember seeing the garage on my walking journeys to nursery so I knew there was a garage near by. I managed to get air in the tyres and to drive down the road. Chris greated me so nicely and politely, although unfortunately they don't do tyres/repairs but he happily stopped his current work to check all the tyre pressure to be sure if that's what I needed. WELL!! I only went and deflated my tyres 🤣 because after he also resetted my dashboard no more warning lights, the tyre where fine. Honestly, this is why I don't do car stuff and for Chris to be so helpful and kind he also declined any money for his time and help. In addition, I asked for him to book me in for a service and MOT which again he was very attentive. Overall, what started out to be a bad day turned into a good one. Thanks so much 😁👍
Reading an article yesterday ref customers leaving negative reviews but not as quick to write about positive experiences. We'll I thought I'd enter into the spirit. I have been using Chris and his team for a number of years now. Service as always been top quality at a reasonable price, hence my return time after time. Always an honest appraisal at a reasonable price. MOT completed today efficiently, superb service. Thank you!! Well done Chris and your team.
