We broke down mid journey and had to abandon the car to be repaired 2 hours from home. Danny and the team was really patient trying to explain what had gone wrong with the car. After being repaired we had to pick it up out of hours and Danny kindly stayed on to hand us the keys, ensuring its safety and relieving us from a long and emotional journey after a funeral. He made sure we had a drink and a friendly chat before we carried on the journey for another 2 hours. Absolute diamond 💎 thank you so much foe making something so horrible feel like there are still nice people in the world 🙏.
Great service, an unfortunate miss which led to an unconventional oil leak. They picked up the car, fixed the issue, valet, free service for the following year and dropped back to my door. Human errors happen, but they went the extra mile to compensate. Used for years and haven’t had a single issue til today, to which they provided excellent customer service to rectify. Appreciated, all fixed plus more in half a day. Keep the good work!
VP Autos.i only have praise for this Garage. Recomended to use them years ago .i had an old car which i knew what was wrong with it but simply no time to fix. Booked my car in and .(and waited sceptically for a you need x y z done etc £££.). but Not the case at all. Just a few hours later a call.."all done sir. . Nothing more than a strip and clean up and adjustment of your rear brakes and all working fine..charged just 1 hours labour. Happy bunny..been using them ever since .VP Autos . Honest .trustworthy.Polite .your in safe hands with them...be you (as i am at the older more budget end of vehicle) to top spec brand new vehicle. .you will be recieved with respect politness and most important to me Honest and trustworthy. .Excellent service.
They fitted me on short notice because I had forgotten MOT was due the next day. They have done a great job, as always, and a fair price
I had a full service and MOT from VP and it was great; really friendly and helpful staff and great work on the car. The gentleman (Dan I think!) even helped me pull out on to the busy road when I was leaving. Would very much recommend them and their work
