The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome. I mentioned one thing that needs sorting on top of the MOT and gave me honest advice. I collected my car same day and much earlier than I expected. I had my request sorted without paying a hefty amount, overall it was an excellent service, honest and hopefully It will be my go-to-shop garage.
Booked my car into VSC for a full service (first time user)! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. As well as conducting the service, they recommended a number of additional issues which would benefit from being resolved. I decided to get them to fix one of the issues, and leave the others for another time, which they seemed happy to do. Overall, I was impressed with VSC in Hounslow, and will definitely use them again. Plus, they are right by Hounslow BR station, which made them super-convenient for dropping off, and collecting, you car.
My Mercedes B Class got an engine light on the dashboard. I got the thermostat replaced at a different mechanic but the light came back on again. The previous mechanic incorrectly diagnosed the issue and advised to replace the water pump. I took the car to VSC who did the diagnostics and determined that the thermostat was not properly replaced and there were air locks in the system. Thank you very much to the team at VSC for saving me hundreds of pounds! Will go to only VSC for any future repairs or servicing. Will definitely recommend them to friends.
Raj and his team are very helpful and have sorted technical issues on a number of occasions with my aging BMW. I will use them again without hesitation.
Very professional and communicative throughout. Kept me updated throughout my service. Thorough MOT and great that reminder messages are sent. Cannot fault them. Taken a long while to find a garage that I trust and I believe I have now found one. Thank you
