This was the closest garage we could get to as the van was barely driveable. They had a packed diary and still fit us in as they knew we were desperate. Once the job was complete we were told it was £100 cheaper than what they had originally quoted us , as something didnt need done in the end, very honest and fairly priced garage, cant thank them or recommend them enough!
Indicator on wing mirror not working told them what was wrong never looked at the car just told them the problem ordered the part on monday went this morning too get it fixed 20 minutes done never been before will definitely use them again
I had my car booked in for MOT and air con re-gas, initially my car failed but the crew got the new part needed immediately and I was able to drive away safely. The communication was 1st class as was the service. Price was as stated and very happy with that too. I’d highly recommend West Auto for their work and service Kindest Regards Andrew Haley
Absolutely blown away by the kindness shown to me by these guys today.. I’m a carer and while out doing my calls my car went haywire and was barely drivable. Came and asked for help from these guys and without question they helped and fixed the problem straight away. which enabled me to carry on working and the best part they didn’t even charge me!! Hearts of gold. Especially the lady behind the desk and the young man who worked on my car. Thank you so much guys ❤️…
Fantastic service, great prices and truly unbeatable. Took a car in and they repaired it with new parts for the same price others wanted for second hand parts. A rare gem of a garage where you know you are being treated fairly and the price wont break the bank, cant recommend enough and thank you for all your help sorting out my car recently.
