First time I’ve used this garage, it’s closer to my home and therefore more convenient than driving further to another place that I’ve used many times before. I remember Whites from my youth and the reputation it had (talking 30+ years ago) and just never considered taking my car there until now. I’m glad I gave them a go, the customer service was good and the prices were comparable with others that I was quoted. All communication was by email, I wasn’t able to reach them by phone. Would be happy to be back, I appreciate the professionalism of this place
Had turbo issues which no other garage in Lincoln seemed to want to touch, but Whites didn’t hesitate to look at and repair my car. Entire turbo had to be reconditioned so car was in for a few weeks but communication was great and didn’t feel spoken down to or ripped off, which is huge to me as a woman who has felt that way before. Very grateful to Whites and would absolutely recommend to anyone needing work done!
Great bunch of guys, always reasonably priced and the sort of garage to give advice even if it doesn’t result in you paying them for something. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (and have!)
Fantastic service, called in with issue with my car, staff managed to fit me straight in and repaired the fault. Great service and also value for money. Highly recommend.
