Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. I've used fixter a couple of times now and they've collected my car and got the work done in the time and at the price agreed. No issues with them so far. Give them a try for yourself.
