Never had a bad experience in seven years of using Hamilton Motors. Would highly recommend. I’ve sent a few different cars to Hamilton for regular servicing and MOTs. I’ve always had a wheelchair accessible vehicle which they have taken care of, and given me great advice about. This is a decent, local firm who care about their workmanship and their customers. A rare find these days to be able to speak to the owner who still does the work, and is very knowledgeable. Keen to help find reasonably priced parts rather than rip you off. Another great experience using D&T Wise, this time for front brake pads change. Prompt service, notified on completion of the job and very reasonably priced. Since being recommended the garage for my Mini Cooper service a few years ago I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. At the end of last year I also had a gear transmission fault and after doing the diagnostics I was talked through two possible options to resolve . The cheaper one was actually recommended as it was felt the more expensive option was not necessary. It worked and I was very grateful for the honesty. Often garages get bad press when quoting for women, but not this garage. Will be using them next time I need any work done. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend these enough. Me being a donut drove forward into wood (I was in a car park) and my bumper got stuck so I could not move. I called green flag who basically told me my insurance doesn’t cover it and I would have to claim from my car insurance. NO THANK YOU. They recommended Dynes, so I called and spoke to a wonderful lady called Ella. She was so understanding and kind, we both laughed at my situation (if I didn’t laugh I would cry) she did everything she could to get me help! They managed to get to me so quickly and managed to get me unstuck with NO DAMAGE!! Could not be more thankful to Ella and the guy (sorry didn’t get his name!) who were both professional and kind!
