The best garage about. I initially went into Zen after experiencing some issues following a replacement tyre, he ran diagnostics and told me the issue was due to the previous garage putting the wrong size tyre on, he didn't charge me for this whereas other garages would have, and would even of lied about what was wrong to make some money. I decided since then to move to Zen for my MOT and servicing needs. Recently, I had some lights pop up on my dashboard and needed replacement spark plugs and coil pack, again, Zen was completely honest, personable and up front and fixed this on the same day for a great price. I would not hesitate to reccomend Zen, he is a great honest guy who is an expert at what he does, if you want a genuine garage that will not rip you off, come here!

Ford Transit Wet Belt Liverpool. I’ve been using Steve for a year or so now, done the wet belt on my 2019 transit custom, done the brake disc and pads and changed the steering rack on my sons van and service’s all our vehicles. He’s a good mechanic and gets stuck in to the jobs that other garages dodge. 5 star service all day. I cannot thank John and his team at Kong enough for them fixing my Ford Focus. I was referred on to them by Ford who thought my car may need a new cylinder head or even a new engine as it was overheating due to there being no water or coolant in the engine. Kong recovered it to their garage, identified the leak and replaced the necessary part. They also discussed with me the possible requirement for wet belt replacement and as that proved necessary they carried out that work too. Thankfully new engine not required and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. All staff were polite, pleasant and professional and took the time to run through options and provide advice as well as to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to do business with people I felt I could really trust to be honest with me. Thank you again for fixing my car when I thought it was beyond economical repair.
