I went to this garage for my MOT via RAC. This is my first time using their service. The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome. I initially took my car to another mechanic who installed my prop shaft in the wrong direction, put one of the couplings on backwards, and even removed my heat shield without replacing it.
