Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. I would give 4.5 stars! The work was more complicated than anticipated following an online quote; so the cost was higher, but this was not a surprise once the car had been delivered for the work to be assessed in detail. It was a bonus that CAM garage could fit the work in quickly and the result of the repair is 'so far so good'. The staff were very helpful and the ability to pick the car up out of normal working hours was extremely valuable.

Booked my MOT and I'm very satisfied with the collection and delivery service. They called me before giving my car back so the garage could do the necessary repair. If you are busy and don't have time to look for a garage and bring your car there, then this service is for you!
