Great service. Car collected and taken to garage. The part wasnt in stock only a more expensive part, bumping the quoted price close to other prices. Not fixters fault. Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

Assigned me to a garage for MOT and car was collected from home. I was easily able to contact fixter for advice regarding the issue I had with the car and make specific arrangements prior to the garage collecting the car. This was my first MOT with Fixter and the attraction for me was the car being picked up and delivered back to my home, as I was recovering from a recent non-Covid related illness. I was informed both by phone and txt message of all that was happening and exactly when the car and relevant paperwork would be dropped back. It all ran on rails actually. I will be using this MOT service again, so long as the price stays competitive which it certainly is at present!

This service is the future! I’m very busy with work which results I’m not having much time dealing with personal things such as my car. I noticed that the water pump was leaking so found Fixter and thought I’ll give it a try, I was skeptical at first but happy I made the move as this will be my go to option now. The whole pickup/drop off procedure was amazing and kept me regularly updated, I was quoted £400 for timing belt & water pump but garage was honest and changed price to £207 as only water pump needed to be changed, it’s hard to find honest garages now a days! I will deffo recommend Fixter to friends & families.
