The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I had MOT, Full service, Brake discs and pads changed on my Lexus NX. Pricing couldn't be beat. The collection and delivery service makes perfect sense. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. All promises kept and I am in gratitude to an amazing team. I Was understandably a little dubious having never used a service like fixter, now I doubt I’ll ever drive my own car to the garage again. Very transparent, fast, and friendly service and it couldn’t be easier to organise. My car passed its MOT first time and no further work was needed, so I’m not sure what the service would be like if the car needed work and if it would be value for money so can’t comment there, but my experience was great.

I used fixter for the annual service on my car and to pass the MOT I am very satisfied Somebody came to my place to pickup my car. 4 hours later, he was already back with the MOT passed. I have found the service really efficient. I will definitely use it next year for the annual maintenance.

Was really straight very forward, very efficient and great value! I had to call re repairs required - got through straight away, and to someone that could answer my questions. All round I’m a huge fan!

This service was so easy. I booked on Tuesday and my car was collected and MOT’d by Thursday. It was back with me within 2 hours. I am so grateful for this service! I would defo a recommend to all my family and friends.
