Easy to organise, pay and deal with them. Car ended up being picked up and dropped off at different times than they said, not a big deal but would be annoying if I'd needed the car.

I booked online which was a really simple process. They changed my quote from £136 to £250, which is fair enough because I did think the price was an absolute bargain. A guy came and collected my car and dropped it back off. He was very polite and efficient. Brilliant service, could've been a little cheaper.
