Great experience and great communication from Fixter. Would definitely use again. It would have been 5 stars but I asked for them to look at a problem and they didn’t. Not sure if they couldn’t fix it or they just forgot, as nothing was said. However, the service was excellent with regards to the pick up, MOT and delivery back. Saved me a lot of hassle, so very good value. The guy that picked up the car was also very friendly, polite and professional.

Booking was easy and fixter kept me up to date with where my vehicle was booked in and for when. Having the vehicle picked up and dropped off worked well as we only have the one vehicle and we both work full time. So getting it down to a garage and having to wait for it is difficult. The only slight issue was that the garage didn't collect our vehicle in the time slot specified, and hadn't notified us of the delay. However after speaking with a Fixter operator they got us an update and the vehicle was picked up within the hour.
