All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?

Had a great experience with Fixter and the Garage that they sent me to. Kept me informed and updated on what was happening with my Jaguar XF. Although the price quoted to me was not relivent, due to off the shelf parts being no use for my vehicle. Therefore, had to get genuine Jaguar parts. The boys at PAK Motors Govan, went over and above great service to get me back on the road again. I have used PAK motors before and would highly recommend them. Effective, reliable and professional.

Gave them 4 stars as the overall service was great and made my life easier. I will use them again. Lost a star as their chat bot is rubbish, but mostly because I think that they should add photos or video of the work being done. A before, maybe during, and definitely after. The work on my car was underneath and therefore very hard for me to check the work was done without crawling under the car and possibly having to remove some covers too.

The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage. Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉

I was a bit dubious, but it all worked well. Good communication from the driver and the garage and dropped back in decent time. Will use again.

I am unable to sit around and wait for an MOT and SERVICE to be carried out, to have the car collected and delivered back home within the day brilliant,well done everyone involved,thank you
