Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere. Everything a service based company should be. So glad I came across Fixter, they make things so simple and easy, stress free.This is the second time I have used them and both times I have been more than impressed. I needed a new auxiliary belt for my Renault Capture and when I call Renault (Martins Basingstoke) they quoted me £520!!
