Great service. Kept updates throughout the process from picking my car at home, fixing it for a couple of days, to dropping it to my work place. All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?
