Very impressed with the service I received. I was dreading having to drive the car anywhere, especially having problems with the computer not communicating with the gearbox and having problems with the particle filter. Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best.
