All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?

The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage. Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉

Experience was great

Experience was great from start to finish, collection of my car that had gone a little lame was dealt with by the garage, constant updates from the garage and explanation of what needed to be done and why. Great service. Kept updates throughout the process from picking my car at home, fixing it for a couple of days, to dropping it to my work place. With the delay in repairs I got an Uber voucher from there which was thoughtful. I have 4 stars because it’s pricy, but it’s worth it if you don’t like stress! Thank you Fixter.
