The website was easy, quick. Thought it would be too expensive but we managed it. I had to call their customer service to change a date and they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable. The money is not taken until the job is done. The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us.
