Gave them 4 stars as the overall service was great and made my life easier. I will use them again. Lost a star as their chat bot is rubbish, but mostly because I think that they should add photos or video of the work being done. A before, maybe during, and definitely after. All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?
