Everything a service based company…

Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere. Everything a service based company should be.
