No need for a courtesy car as my vehicle was collected and returned the same day with all the work completed. I was using Fixter for an MOT/service on my car. I was kept informed about the date/time of the pick up. Having the car picked up and brought back is a bonus. I was kept informed about the MOT and if any extra work was required. Nothing was done without my OK. Great service and friendly.
