Swift smooth booking, confirmation & billing process. They found an excellent local garage which I didn't previously know about and which provided a better service at a better price than I'd previously had.

Easy to book, they also sent a reminder a day before with the garage info, and collected my car in the morning, on the day and time they said they would. They sent a message during the day to let me know if my car passed, and delivered my car back at the end of the day, when they said they would. The person that collected my car even helped fit my wheel trim, which I thought was really nice. Definitely recommend.

I used fixter service to get my car MOT. Everything was great. I couldnt make time because of my work schedule but fixter guy came and picked up the car and dropped my car in the prescribed times.

I liked the fact that they fetch & deliver your car, the email from the CEO & co-founder, giving the background to the company & mostly good communication about arrival time of driver. Letting you know if they have found any problems & only proceeding with the work once you give the go-ahead.

It was really convenient having the car collected & delivered back to me. The garage were really good & kept me updated. The only thing that was slightly out were the collection & delivery times.
