from 170 reviews on GoogleThis is the first time I have used ATS and I have to say the service was excellent, Craig called me during service to say another couple of things needed replacing and gave clear explanation as to why and was able to complete the extra work there and then. When he next call was to say it was ready for collection. When I collected the car he was able to explain in ways that I understood what the advisory’s were and when they needed to be done. In all brilliant service and will be returning in a few months for my MOT. Would highly recommend
Excellent service. The suspension broke on my car and I pulled into the garage on a Saturday afternoon and they took it straight in a had a look for me. They sourced the parts needed and had me back on the road quickly. They guys kept in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress and were upfront about what was needed to be done and the cost involved. Cannot fault them. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff members. 5⭐️
I went to Ats last week as I had my car booked in for an interim service, I had a chat with one of the staff members called Craig. About the things that was needed on the service and the service items that should be changed. He recommended spark plugs which he told me that should be changed every 4 years. Also the cabin filter every year and the air filter every 3 years. I had all these changed as I've never had the spark plugs changed or the cabin filter. Thank you to Craig He knows what he's talking about
My go-to places for MOTs now. Inexpensive, friendly and accurate. They failed one of my cars on a broken spring - I replaced it myself and it wasn't until I removed the old one that I could see the break myself, it was deep in the well - and looked as though it was broken for some time. Very well spotted.
