Highly recommend this garage ! I booked my car for service here and couldn't be happier with the experience. Collection and drop off was prompt and on time, person who collected my car was very friendly and polite. After service has been completed, I received a phone call from the blackwater autoworks, where I was given a full report of what was done and what needs attention in the future. Person on the phone took time to explain every detail. They were also very transparent in what might need a replacement in nearest and further future. Overall, great value for money and they even cleaned my car, which I am very grateful for!
This garage is EXCELLENT, they have worked on my Range Rover, BMW and VW Polo and the service, price, workmanship is brilliant. Would recommend and trust this garage to others!
Brilliant garage! They're efficient, friendly and do a very good job. If you have a full service, they will even get your car valeted. They also tell you exactly what they found or noticed on the car. They take the time to talk you through it. Highly recommend
