Great little bike workshop. Recommended for MOTs, servicing and repairs. Genuine and helpful. Good value for money and doesn’t look for unnecessary work. Also has a selection of bikes for sale - no issues at all with one I bought a few years ago. Only downside is he’s always busy, and jobs can take a little while to be fitted in so might not the best option if you need a bike back on the road in a hurry.

We carry out an online audit of every garage that we consider adding to our network, making sure they have a minimum customer rating of 4/5 stars. We then visit each garage in person, where our in-house mechanics evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities of selected servicing centres against a 25 point qualifying criteria. Fixter only works with facilities which strictly use manufacturer-equivalent parts.

We negotiate business rates with every garage we work with in Aldershot (including parts, labour, oil, and MOT test rates), because we send lots of bookings their way. This allows us to charge our customers a fair price, and use the difference to pay for our mechanics, customer service and tech team to provide you with an outstanding service.
