Had a very good service experience at this garage today in arranging an MOT and resolving a battery issue. Very professional, also extremely helpful in taking the time to provide advice on the car unprompted and therefore can highly recommend.
We can fully recommend Brownings, even for tourists. Discs of brakes metal on metal and two official Volvo garages refused to help. Brownings immediately helped us out as if we were clients already by them. They were professional, kind, helpful and quickly resolved the problem so we could use our car on holiday again without risk and with good brakes! Very reliable. Thank you so much!!!
I very rarely give 5 stars as it leaves no room for improvement. This is a rare exception. I have been meaning to take my car here for years and now I have and the boys were brilliant. My car had a premature oil change, both engine and gearbox and the car is like a different car. I have an old fashioned approach to oil changes ( every 3000 miles ) and although things have changed, I will have it done every 8000 instead. Thanks boys for being decent, clean and honest and offering a great service. Never again another garage for me.
