Can't recommend Clerkenwell motors enough! As a woman who had newly moved to London I was filled with dread around booking my car in for an MOT. Clerkenwell Motors have been the best mechanic I have ever been to, they are so understanding, knowledgeable and efficient with their work I couldn't have asked for more. I have now moved to another area of London but do not want to change garages as I know I won't get there level of service elsewhere. Thanks again Clerkenwell Motors!
I have used this garage for nearly ten years. They have looked after a Mercedes Corsa Polo Smart and even a Tesla for MOT. They are fair and more importantly have proven to be honest - always contacting you first if they find anything you need to consider - proving to be value for money. I have recommended to neighbours who have reported back with similar experiences.
I’ve been having my car MOTd and serviced here for the past few years and everything has been exemplary. Never had to take the car back just after a service with a problem (quite a feature of some other garages), fair prices, quick turnaround and clearly very nice people. Yesterday I was blown away. I was due to make a trip that was very important to me and as I was loading the car, realised that one of my tyres was almost flat so I hot tailed it round to the garage. It seems I’d picked up a nail 😬. Quick as a flash, the lovely owner pulled someone off another job and said I should go for a coffee and he’d call me when the tyre was repaired well enough for me to make my 50 mile round trip. 40 mins later I was on my way. And…he didn’t charge me! He just wanted to help. I don’t need to explain how uncommon this is. I mean it when I say I was blown away, this is both ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ kindness. Top garage, top people.
