from 82 reviews on GoogleGreat service, friendly and helpful staff. I broke down and called them to ask if I could get Greenflag to tow to them for repair, and they said yes straight away. The starter motor had gone on my car, and they phoned around to get me the best price while I was still there. I left the car with them at 11.30 am and they phoned at 4 pm to say the car was done. I expected them to have the car for longer because they were so busy when i left the car with them. They got the part slightly cheaper than quoted and past the saving onto me, which they really didn't have to do due to me already agreed their quote. This was the second time we had used Going Spare and had great service both times. I will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to my brother who is going to be booking his MOT soon.
Fast and friendly service for MOT, will definitely use these guys again... nice network of independent garages around Tallon/Wash Road area who recommend each other to ensure customers get what they need as quick as possible...excellent.
Cant recommend this garage enough Fixed the bottom of my vehicle a quick few screws and didn't charge. Now going to book my MOT Much appreciated 🙏
Brilliant service as always, thank you so much. My car was making really funny noises but it's all it was, was lack of steering fluid. I trust them always not to bump up what's wrong, which is easily done when you know nothing about cars. Honest, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly service, thank you so much 😊 🙏
After having a blown tyre outside ATS Brentwood this morning with my wife and children in the car, ATS unfortunately were not willing to help get us back on the road despite being the only car there. They very happily sold me a very overpriced tyre and said to try Going Spare. I called them and despite them being fully booked, when I explained my situation, without hesitation they said come straight over. We did. The staff were amazing. Absolutely amazing. I will NEVER use ATS again (mind you I barely "used" them this time). The guys at Going Spare should be praised to the highest. Top work and top guys. Thank you.
