We had a great experience at Kwik Fit Lewisham today. A big thank you to Eddy who provided brilliant service and sorted our car quickly so we could get back on the road. He really saved the day and we are very grateful. Thank you!
My booking didn’t show up on their system and was told I may have got mixed up with another location. Luckily with my email confirmation I was then accommodated. The repair was done pretty quickly, I wasn’t quoted the cost before payment. Happy that I had no other issues or additional service/sales forced upon me, as I remembered in the past. Not so happy with the condition my fixed tyre. There were sealant all over the wheel, tyre and body work, plus dirty hand marks around the drivers door handle.
Good experience today getting new tyre fitted. Got good help from Eddie who took the time to talk me through the various options and costings to help decide what was best. Will use again for MOT and future tyre changes.
