They checked the tyre and repaired the puncture, before fitting the wheel back on the car and all whilst I waited! Incredible customer service and value for money.
The young chap who dealt with my puncture was such a happy guy, just kept smiling and chatting to me whilst repairing my tyre. I wasn't allowed inside, but didn't need to as the machine he used was not too far inside. He was most professional and helpful. He explained to me, that I didn't have a puncture, it was bad corrosion on the alloy wheel that allowed air to escape. after doing a really great job, my tyre was ready, I went off home more than happy. Thank you Kwik Fit. I will certainly come again, and pass these praises on to my relatives, and friends. Thanks again.
Had an quick and unexpected visit at KwitFit Wokingham today. The Joe at reception desk is the Man! He is the Man to go to! he was able to help me quick and with high standard and quality service, couldnt ask for more. This Man deserve a rise for his work ethics. Would recomend !
Easy to book on line. Well received by friendly staff even when I turned up half an hour early, Car taken in early when previous proved to be impossible to test because of over heating. Passed Mot with no nasty surprises
