They truly went above and beyond by collecting my car and bringing it back to me, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The service was efficient, communication was excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It’s not often you find a garage you can fully trust, but New Central MOT has definitely earned my confidence. Thanks again to Darren and the whole team for such outstanding service! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
I'm always sceptical about going to a new garage after having been ripped off and mis-sold in the past, and had yet to find a good mechanic in Bristol since moving here. But then I found New Central MOT. Nice blokes, professional and honest advice, quality work and very reasonable prices. Dean was able to quickly identify the fault with my exhaust and fix it without trying to up-sell me an expensive replacement. They also diagnosed and fixed an oil leak which was not picked up by another garage. Would 100% recommend. Cheers lads, I'll be back!
Im impressed on how smooth my appointment had been. They were able to squeeze me in last minute for MOT test. It was fast and fully reliable. Darren explained and gave me advices on my tyre puncture. Appreciate it a lot! Thanks to Darren and his team!
I booked my MOT last minute and the team were able to fit me in without any hassle. The whole process was super quick and smooth, and Darren and the team were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Great service, great communication, and I’m really happy with the experience overall. Definitely recommend!
I cannot recommend this place enough after a last minute MOT yesterday. Not only are they quick, efficient and friendly but they went above and beyond to make myself and my 6 week old baby comfortable whilst we waited. Finding plug in heaters to keep her warm and making their office all cosy for her. Honestly the best garage experience we’ve ever had and I’ll never go elsewhere from now on. Thank you all so much!
