My car broke down on the M25 and got towed to Oakmere service centre by the RAC in the middle of the night. They were amazing in dealing with the situation, repairing the car and sorting everything out with the warranty company. They were quick to fix it once the claim was approved and were very nice to me during a difficult situation. Thank you!

BWW did a temporary puncture repair & said any service centre would be able to action a permanent fix. Took it to a well known national company, but they said the hole was too big and a new tyre was the only solution. Dropped into Oakmere on the way home, 15 min wait & the Pirelli trained engineer said he would be able to carry out said repair. Everyone there very friendly. Result was a £26.15 repair instead of a £235 new tyre!!
