For the first time, I could genuinely feel the difference in how the car drove after a service — much smoother and sharper. They kept me fully in the loop, sent me a video of the work being done, and the turnaround was quick. Most importantly, they were very honest and fair with pricing, which is hard to find these days. Would give 10 stars if I could. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be using Otto’s Garage again. Thank you!
Booked my car in for an MOT at Otto's as I saw it had very good reviews. It did not disappoint! The service was quick, friendly and efficient. The guys in the garage were so friendly as well as honest. No nonsense, just a fantastic experience overall. I will be back for my MOT next year - Thank you!
Been using Otto’s garage for a while now and honestly can’t fault it. Otto is a genuinely good guy and runs a really honest, reliable business. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him or his staff and the work is always spot on. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

What impressed me most was how they truly went the extra mile — they genuinely cared about every detail.
