From start to finish QCD have been superb; picking up and dropping off the car as well as keeping me updated through the diagnostics of my car, once problem had been found they had it in extremely soon and had it completed also extremely soon, to then be dropped off right to my front doorstep. Deacon was absolutely brilliant with keeping me updated and explaining the issues to me, the man definetly deserves some praise. Not to mention the brilliant and reasonable pricing. Couldn’t recommend more. 5* all round.
I don’t often do reviews but felt it was only right to after having had such a good experience with this garage. From start to finish, communication with the garage, Naz in particular was excellent. I was kept informed about the process of my damage repairs throughout and collecting my car and paying my insurance excess was such a smooth process. I cannot recommend QCD enough and I am over the moon with the repairs that have been done to my car. Thank you so much.
I don’t write reviews often, but this garage genuinely deserves one. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Deacon on the service desk was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional - a real credit to the team. Apologies I didn’t catch the name of the other gentleman who walked me through the service details and took the time to answer all my queries about the vehicle, but he was just as helpful and knowledgeable. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They remembered the notes I had added and followed through on everything I’d flagged, which is rare! On top of all that, the pricing was extremely competitive. With several garages much closer to me, I can confidently say it was worth the 30-minute trip. Friendly, reliable, and honest. This garage comes highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning.
Had service today sit & wait. The team was very good and welcoming. Explanation of health check was good. Lovely cup of coffee will be using again for sure
Took my campervan to QCD to get the paint peel sorted as it was a recommendation from a local business. From the moment I started to engage with QCD I got the feeling that it was the business to engage with as I'm always a guy to get multiple quotes. They surveyed the vehicle prior to providing a final quote so there wasn't any surprises on completion. Dropped the vehicle off at a pre agreed time and had updates throughout its stay. Upon collection QCD wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before leaving (which I was). I have OCD and its impossible to tell that its been painted as the colour matching is so good. Absolutely would recommend!
