I took my work van there to get my breaks changed. It wasn’t the first time I came here as I got my van here for an MOT and also a service too. They are very professional, straight to the point and efficient too. I work for one of UKs biggest housing associations, so for them to be used by my company says something about them!
Go-to for all my Fords, and more recently my performance car too. You can trust these guys. Took my Fiesta to a different local garage out of convenience at the time for a service, they noticed transmission oil was low and suggested I pay to top up. It was only when I brought it to Shiv they highlighted I had a bigger transmission box issue and simply topping oil every year wasn't the fix. So glad they spotted the underlying issue which prevented a future total transmission failure. They really know what they're doing, are professional, courteous, and always honest around lead times and how busy they are but will fit you in when they can. Prices are always reasonable and I've never had to question them. Repeat customer for life, even though I now live further out in Essex.
Great place fix my engine in a few days. Fixed my Audi Q3. Problem disappeared finally. Thank you soo much. The other local garages just want to rip you off. These guys are honest and hardworking. I will be coming here for the next 40 years. Friendly people. They only charge for what is needed unlike other garages in London. 10/10
