We wanted a RAC check done of the car and this was no problem to arrange. The work identified by the check was completed promptly with no quibbles. We had a slight issue with the windscreen wipers after purchase and when I dropped round with the car a few weeks later they sorted the issue out for free and with ease. For people who are looking for a second hand car which is reliable and good value for money we'd really recommend SouthWest Motors. No complaints.
What can I say about these guys other than highly recommend! We're based in Exeter and they’re in Bristol, but the distance was never an issue, they made reserving the car incredibly easy and stress-free. The car itself was fantastic value. On our first visit, we couldn’t test drive it as the wet belt needed replacing, but they were upfront and honest about it. We came back the following week, took it for a spin, and ended up driving it home the same day, it was absolutely perfect. A few days later, we ran into a small issue with the ignition. I sent them a video of the problem, and despite being far away, they quickly ordered the part and booked us in for a Saturday fix. We expected to leave the car and return the following week, but they went above and beyond, they fixed it while we waited, and we were back on the road within half an hour! The customer service here is second to none. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely cares about after-sales service as much as the sale itself. If we lived closer, they’d absolutely be our go-to garage. Huge thanks to the team, we’ll definitely be back when my son’s ready for his next car!
