Only Popped in for an MOT! I had an MOT booked in, opted to sit and wait, only an hour and the coffee is OK (& Biscuits, good choice too!) Whilst sat there, had finished my mail catch up, so wandered into the showroom and got talking to a nice chap called Paul, we were going through the BMW stock. Quite liked one of the cars, so Paul arranged a test drive for me. One week later, they have taken my old car and settled the finance, set-up a new finance and I'm driving my new car as of yesterday! I'm very impressed, the ease of the whole process, and knowledge of the staff, First Class! Thanks to Paul Davey and the Team at West Heath - very happy customer!
A well run dealership with friendly & professional staff. I went with my husband to test drive a Subaru Forester. We dealt with Luke, who was superb! The car was very well presented, we were impressed with the test drive, negotiated a good deal with no hassle or pressure & purchased the car. A very pleasant experience & so much better than the other dealers we had visited! Highly recommended!
