The website was easy, quick. Thought it would be too expensive but we managed it. I had to call their customer service to change a date and they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable. The money is not taken until the job is done. The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us. Extremely convenient service, we will definitely use Fixter again.

Despite some issues with the car being collected the overall customer service to sort it out and still ensure it was MOT'd on the same day was good. Once collected it was a quick and simple process and the driver was very professional when collecting.

So glad I came across Fixter, they make things so simple and easy, stress free.This is the second time I have used them and both times I have been more than impressed. Fixter charged me £62.50 plus they collected the car from my home and delivered it back the same day.Incredible price difference.

The collecting driver broke down so the car wasn’t taken until much later but they still got it back on time and all done well.
