Firstly the good points, very quick to respond, very good idea to get a garage to quickly sort your car instead of having to ring around everywhere. Now, this is a bit of a thing. The price quoted was far too cheap, I knew it and so did the garage, so an extra charge wasn't a suprise to me but it might be to some.
