From pick up to the end I was kept in the loop.unfortunately when it came to the delivery time I was kept waiting one and a half hours with no explanation why when I tried to get in touch on the phone it was a complete wast of time not everybody has access to internet if they booked by phone they should be able to contact by phone

Having just had an operation this service was a God send. It was very easy to book, my car was picked up on time, and throughout I was kept informed of the process. Car returned in time. What more can I say? Highly recommend. 5 stars
