Firstly the good points, very quick to respond, very good idea to get a garage to quickly sort your car instead of having to ring around everywhere. Now, this is a bit of a thing. The price quoted was far too cheap, I knew it and so did the garage, so an extra charge wasn't a suprise to me but it might be to some. I would give 4.5 stars! The work was more complicated than anticipated following an online quote; so the cost was higher, but this was not a surprise once the car had been delivered for the work to be assessed in detail. It was a bonus that CAM garage could fit the work in quickly and the result of the repair is 'so far so good'. The staff were very helpful and the ability to pick the car up out of normal working hours was extremely valuable.
