Someone recommended Philips Garage to me after I had numerous issues with main dealers and other garages. I can’t understate how thankful I am I discovered this garage. I’ve now used Philips Garage with multiple cars (Hyundai, Toyota and Audi) for both repairs and servicing. Service is always friendly and communication is always painless and smooth. I know that if I email it won’t be long until I receive a reply and whilst the car is in Carrie always keeps me informed about what’s happening. Many times, garages will keep your car for days/ weeks while waiting on parts. Whist I understand that is sometimes required Philips Garage have always either sourced the parts that are needed in advance or, when an issue was discovered and they didn’t have the part in stock they ordered it and fitted it next day. The best part is that I was given the option to get the car re-assembled to drive away if I couldn’t wait the extra 24 hours rather than just saying the car was not drivable like many other garages would do. For our electric car I was worried about getting it serviced outside Hyundai given that it has a digital service record and I need to keep a full service record. However, the garage was able to update the record and service the car to manufacturer specification, using all genuine parts for less than half the cost than going directly to a Hyundai garage. Time and time again, the garage have proved I can rely on them for fast, good quality service at a reasonable price which is a rare find these days.
