Hyundai H1 MOT and service bundle

Great service. Excellent communication and the garage they selected was top notch.

Can't get more convenient than someone turning up, taking the car from the house for it's service and MOT and returning it a few hours later. No having to drive to a garage (often miles from anywhere or in the middle of an industrial estate), hanging around waiting, dealing with salespeople & receptionists, just book the service and pickup/drop off time online, make sure you're in when they come to collect the car and several hours later it's sat back outside the house whilst you've been busy getting on with your day. The garage did call me the night before to remind me I had my service and other than handing over the keys that's the only interaction I had with a real person. The price was reasonable too (compared to a main dealer), they do offer add-ons that can soon add up (premium oil change, deluxe MOT, etc.) but that's your choice and it's up to you if you don't fancy paying extra.

Good communication before my car was collected and regular text updates during the MOT process. Car returned within the timings provided. Fixter agent who collected and dropped off the car was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very good service ,communication was excellent as I was working on my elderly uncles behalf the gentleman picking up the car was very patient as I had to call my uncle why they waiting on doorstep, and like wise on return
