You receive texts to let you know what stage of the process u Your car is in and the message you when the MOT is complete and delivery time. The only issue I had was that the pick up and delivery time was earlier than booked. Which could be an issue if you are out somewhere otherwise, Perfect

I was very happy with the service, having someone pick up and rerun my car for its MOT was very handy. They need to launch an app, that’s my only suggestion.

Very convenient, courteous service. Only an admin glitch - the appointment was changed 3 times before the day booked.

Really efficient easy service. The car was collected on time and the additional work that was required was clearly explained with photos and quotes through the app.

Can't fault, booking online which was mega easy and they kept me up to date with everything such as assigning a garage, I called to change the collection address the day before and was absolutely fine. Picked car up and was notified throughout the time they had it, passed MOT with no additional work, delivered car back to me with no problems
