The only thing I was a little concerned about was that I had no paperwork to say that my car had been picked up, although they did notify me that it had arrived safely. Very straightforward process for booking. On the day, the mechanic phoned to say he was on his way at the prearranged time. Was kept informed throughout the day and the car was returned, again, at the prearranged time. Can’t fault Fixter or the garage. (Last year I used servicingstop - was the worst experience I have ever dealt with regarding my car/MOT, so Fixter have absolutely restored my faith.)
